Onion is where most snack seasoning quietly fails, and the failure is always the same: sugar and salt standing in for a real onion. We use dehydrated white onion granules milled fine, so what you taste is onion and not a sweetener.
The cream is a thin emulsion of milk solids and olive oil, sprayed onto the kernels during the drum pass, and the onion powder is applied in the same pass. That single-pass method is the reason the coating never pools in the corner of the pouch and the last handful crunches like the first.
The result is light, savoury and familiar - the flavour of a savoury biscuit, made from one crop.

How to use it
- Straight from the pouch as an evening snack.
- Scatter over hot buttered toast with chilli flakes.
