Using this website

You may order as a guest or sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. You must be 18 or older to place an order, or order with the permission of a parent or guardian. Please give accurate contact and delivery details; we use them only as our privacy policy describes.

Products and information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photos are for illustration and pouches may look slightly different. The label on the pouch, including its ingredients, allergen advice, nutrition information and best-before date, is the reference. Please read the allergen advice before eating. Products marked "Launching soon" are not for sale; joining their list does not create an order.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Any delivery or cash on delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place the order.
• Online payments are processed by Razorpay, a regulated payment aggregator. We never see or store your card or bank details.
• Cash on delivery is available on orders up to ₹3,000 where our courier offers it.
• If a price is shown wrongly because of an obvious error, we will tell you before dispatching and you may confirm the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

When an order is accepted

Your order is accepted when you receive our order confirmation email: for online payments once the payment is confirmed, and for cash on delivery once we confirm the order. If an item sells out after you order, we tell you and refund it in full.

Quantity limits

To keep stock fair for everyone we may limit how many of a pack one order can hold; the limit is shown on the product page. For larger quantities, see bulk orders and private label.

Discount codes

One discount code can be used per order, and only as its conditions describe (such as a minimum order, a cap or dates). Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged. We may end a code at any time; this does not affect orders already placed.

Delivery, cancellations and refunds

These are covered by our shipping and delivery and returns, refunds and cancellations policies, which form part of these terms.

Content on this website

The text, photos, logos and designs on this website belong to ekmé Nutria or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but please do not copy our content for commercial use without asking us.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and are fit to eat until their best-before date when stored as the label says. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow a limit. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes or government restrictions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please first raise any complaint with us through our grievance redressal process. Courts at Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
