Moringa Powder

Moringa is sold on colour, and colour is a direct function of how the leaf was dried. Sun drying drives off the chlorophyll that the powder is bought for and leaves a dull olive dust that is technically still moringa but is no longer worth the shelf it sits on.

We shade dry at 45-50 °C instead. The leaves are stripped from mature stems, dried within hours of harvest, and milled in a single pass so no heat build-up dulls the green while it works.

Moringa works in two very different ways. In a wellness shot it is the whole point of the drink, and a bright, almost grassy green powder is what you want in the glass. In a formulation it becomes one ingredient among many, and what matters is consistency between lots and a mesh that behaves in your process.
